NNN Pro: Commercial Real Estate Operations, Delivered on Salesforce and Beyond

The Implementation

  • Phase 1 foundation. Initial implementation covering the property, deal, and tenant data model, configured for how NNN’s team actually works rather than a generic CRE template.
  • Phase 2 expansion. Extended scope covering deeper process flows, reporting, and integration points that came online after the team had time on the platform.
  • Implementation survey and transitional SOW. Built in feedback checkpoints so the build kept adapting to what the team learned using it.

Beyond Managed Services

Once the platform was live, NNN moved into Madison Ave’s Beyond Managed Services model. Beyond isn’t a ticket queue; it’s a long-term partnership where senior consultants own the roadmap, flag opportunities proactively, and keep the platform aligned with how the business is evolving.
