JACO Aerospace runs a marketing and customer operations motion that doesn’t fit generic Salesforce out-of-the-box. Their team needed campaign tooling, a way to pull asset files from OneDrive into Salesforce records, and a visual workflow they could actually work in. Madison Ave delivered all three.
What We Delivered
- Marketing campaign tooling. Built out the campaign management flow, including email template components and campaign structure, so marketing could launch and track without parallel systems.
- OneDrive integration. Connected JACO’s OneDrive to Salesforce so asset files moved cleanly between the two. No more re-uploading, no more file version confusion.
- Custom Kanban. Designed and scoped a custom Kanban experience inside Salesforce, giving the team a visual workflow for work in flight rather than forcing list views on a process that’s inherently board-shaped.
- Licensing strategy. Mapped Salesforce license needs against business use cases so JACO paid for what they used.
Why It Worked
The Kanban work is a useful tell: Madison Ave’s default isn’t to tell the client to adapt to Salesforce. When a team’s workflow is visual and board-shaped, we build a visual, board-shaped experience inside Salesforce instead of shoehorning it into list views. That’s what precision delivery looks like in practice.
